Congressional Candidate Jami Floyd Announces Operation Every Block

NEW YORK, NY — Jami Floyd, a candidate for Congress in New York’s 12th Congressional District in Manhattan, today announced that she will visit every block of NY-12, which roughly spans from 14th street to 110th street and from the Hudson River to the East River.

“For far too long, this district has been run by Democratic Party insiders and elites who have taken their constituents for granted,” congressional candidate Jami Floyd said. “I’m running to shake up the Democratic Party, and that means rejecting politics as usual and listening to all voices in this district. And if that takes me to every block, I'm up for the challenge." 

“Jami Floyd found it critical to not just see and hear as many voters as possible, but to remind people that they live in Manhattan’s NY-12, which is a newly revised district,” Floyd campaign senior advisor Mike Paul said. 

Floyd called this plan “Operation Every Block,” and encouraged voters to track her progress here through the June primary.
